Documentation is available from the start, and access belongs to your organization. If Minte stops managing the environment, we provide a complete handover so you can take over administration, including your IONOS account when that is the contracted option.
No dependency on Minte servers to operate.
The delivered version does not need periodic license checks or connections to our servers to start or keep running. Any external services you choose to use retain their own terms and costs.

What to decide before getting started.
What changes compared with Minte Cloud?
Cloud offers Minte as a service. Enterprise is deployed in the customer’s environment and allows the governance, processing, and operating conditions of the installation to be defined. Functional scope is specified for each proposal.
Can we choose models and understand their cost?
You can add compatible frontier or specialized models without depending on a single provider. Usage and spending visibility by tenant helps you understand the cost of each organizational space and plan budgets. Before switching models, their behavior is validated against your tasks.
What options do we have for a private deployment?
Minte manages deployments on your company’s hardware or on IONOS, with storage, processing, and backups in the EU in our deployment offering. You can contract a dedicated GPU and, if you need complete isolation, a custom air-gapped project without external connections during operation. Integrations must fit the chosen level of isolation.
How do we extend Minte with plugins?
Plugins are contracted separately and add integrations, agents, and processes under permissions. You can also develop your own plugins, both with executable images and with contracted source code access. For example, you can connect SharePoint documentation for an agent to consult.
What does maintenance include, and what happens if we do not renew?
The base license includes the first year of maintenance: support, security patches, and all improvements to the base platform. Renewal is then annual and optional. If you do not renew, you can continue using the installed version without subsequent support, patches, or improvements. Separately contracted Minte plugins follow the same continuity principle for their acquired version.
Can we keep working if Minte stops managing the installation?
Yes. Documentation is available from the start, and access belongs to your organization. When our management ends, we hand over what you need to take over the infrastructure and your IONOS account, where applicable. The delivered version does not require periodic license checks or connections to Minte servers to operate. Your infrastructure and external services retain their own costs and terms.
